  • IRESSA: The story so far

In 2009, IRESSA was approved as a treatment for 1st line advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This follows an interesting development journey from when it was first discovered 15 years ago through when it first became available for use in NSCLC in 2002 to today where it’s an approved advanced NSCLC treatment in 66 countries around the world.
